Ocean Gate Villas is a 31-unit, garden-style building. It features 1-bedroom/1-bath apartments, 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments, and 3-bedroom/2-bath two-story townhouses. Some of the units have ocean views and balconies. Oceangate Villas is "No Smoking" Complex.
